  • Orders placed in the UK are typically delivered within 3 working days once received by Royal Mail. European or US orders are expected to arrive within 3-7 working days.

3. Packaging

  • Your items will be securely packaged in a small brown bubble wrap envelope (AROFOL) or a small brown cardboard envelope to ensure safe delivery.

4. Custom Photo Charms

  • Please note that if you purchase a custom photo charm, your order may be shipped a day later than usual due to the additional time required for editing and drying.
